Classic Party Rentals reserves the right to terminate or decline deliveries inaccessible to our trucks. Please keep accessibility in mind when requesting our services and be open and honest in regards to the event site access.

Delivery is tailgate drop-off service. Items will be stacked by drivers upon delivery and will remain the customers responsibility to move items to specific locations on site.

In the event that our driver arrives, but is unable to unload due to site access restrictions or other, full delivery and rental charges will still apply. Second calls are billed as separate delivery fee's.

Set-up and take-down services are not included in delivery fees. If you require additional labor aide we are happy to help. Please speak to a showroom consultant for labor billing costs.

When prepping rentals for return pick-up, please make sure all items are stacked and ready in the same containers they were delivered in. Unscheduled take-downs will result in additional billed labor costs.

You may request morning (9:00am - 1:00pm) or afternoon (1:00pm - 6:00 pm) deliveries. Specific timed requests will not be allowed. Should you require delivery prior to a specific time then please arrange for self pick-up at our warehouse location, or request delivery for prior day service.

No one needs to be present at the time of delivery. As long as the site is accessible, drivers will unload according to instructions. Regardless of customer presence at the time of delivery, all items are 100% customer responsibility.

All split deliveries (one order, two or more locations) will be billed as separate orders.
